Words of Wisdom Day 10 featuring Kerry Ann Denley

What does 'community' mean to you:

“A group of people who support each other.”

Why is having a soul tribe important:

“It’s important to have people that will be by your side no matter what who help you through various times of your life. You need people you can laugh with and cry with. My tribe is the best! They have helped me through so many difficult times and I know no matter what I can turn to them. ”

What words of advice do you have for women seeking out deeper community and connection:

“Be patient, open-minded and accepting of differences. There so many different types of people in this world and everyone has their own story and something to share and something new for us to learn.”

What are your thoughts when it comes to personal growth:

“The key things I have learned are to be open-minded and patient with myself and with others. No one is perfect so why should I expect myself or others to be. ”

If you could give your younger self one piece of advice what would it be:

“Be nice to yourself! I should be less concerned with what others think of me and more concerned with how I feel about myself and my choices.  If everyone worked together by doing their part (whatever it be) things would be much easier and better.”

What do you love about being a woman:

“The beauty of womanhood!”
