Words of Wisdom Day 12 featuring Mell Abbe

What does 'community' mean to you:

“A group of people who support and lift each other up. People who don't judge and who accept you for who you are. ”

Why is having a soul tribe important:

“Everyone wants to feel like their apart of something magical. A soul tribe can give women the support and confidence to take on any challenge. ”

What words of advice do you have for women seeking out deeper community and connection:

“Don't be nervous to be judged. Everyone you meet is looking to add to their soul tribe (even if they won't admit it out loud). Own who you are and be confident in yourself.”

What are your thoughts when it comes to personal growth:

“It can be difficult to change and get out of the "rut" you might be comfortable in, but the risk is worth it. ”

If you could give your younger self one piece of advice what would it be:

“It's okay to be nervous about "fitting in," everyone is! Don't be afraid to make the first move, because no matter how it turns out, at least you tried! ”

What do you love about being a woman:

“Being a #ladyboss. I like proving to people that yes, I know how to use use tools or be the leader in a meeting... while also getting my nails done and taking bubble baths. ”

Final Thoughts:

“You've got one life to live, so take that risk (even if you're nervous)! You can do it!”
